Placements24 is seeking an Area Operations Manager to oversee operations across multiple sites in the Rustenburg region. You will lead strategic planning, drive performance, and ensure adherence to company standards while focusing on efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong financial acumen, and a track record of improving operational metrics in a regional setting. Travel within the area is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 6+ years of operations management experience, preferably multi-site.
• Proven ability to improve regional operational performance.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and P&L responsibility.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with process optimization and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct operational activities of designated units within Rustenburg area.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve performance, profitability, and market share.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor and develop regional operational staff to build a high-performance team.
• Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and cost control for the area.
• Drive customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products and services.
