MAZIV Group in Bloemfontein is seeking a Skilled Technician Support professional to manage ticket dispatching and incident resolution for the region. You will provide excellent customer service, troubleshoot, and ensure SLAs are met while coordinating with field staff and technicians.

The role requires Grade 12, with an N6 National Diploma for technicians or equivalent as an added advantage, and 1–2 years in Telecom or IT. This is a permanent, on-site position in Bloemfontein.

Qualifikationen

• Grade 12 is required.
• N6 National Diploma for technicians or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• 1–2 years' experience in Telecommunication or IT industry is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for receiving, dispatching of tickets, cases and faults to the teams for the region.
• Provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively with clients, troubleshoot, provide support to field staff and meet SLAs.
• Establish from customer and available systems if customer support is required to resolve the incident, typical customer support is site access.
• Establish communication between clients, customers and technicians.
• Assist relevant technicians with troubleshooting the fibre repairs by using relevant system.
