Job summary

ARCS in Gauteng seeks a seasoned Training, Learning & Development and Performance Coaching leader to elevate dealer staff performance across multiple locations.

You will design and deliver programmes, coach managers, and foster a high-performance culture with strong stakeholder engagement and measurable sales outcomes.

Travel between dealerships is expected; a valid driver's licence is required. A facilitator/assessor qualification is advantageous.

Job description

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Training, Learning & Development or Performance Coaching.
• At least 2 years' experience in a senior, management or regional training role.
• Automotive / motor retail experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in improving employee performance through training and coaching.
• Facilitator or Assessor qualification (ETDP SETA, Services SETA or merSETA) advantageous.
• Experience with WSP/ATR submissions and Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) responsibilities advantageous.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Willingness to travel between dealerships.
