Job summary

Motor Retail Group seeks a dedicated Training & Learning Coordinator to oversee training, development initiatives, and compliance across Western Cape dealerships. You will coordinate schedules, bookings, and registrations while liaising with managers, providers, and OEMs to ensure quality learning interventions.

The role requires 3+ years in learning and development, strong organisational skills, and knowledge of MERSETA frameworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Learning & Development, Training Administration or HR Administration.
• Experience with learnerships, apprenticeships and SETA-funded programmes.
• Experience coordinating training schedules, learner administration and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage training across regional sites and business units.
• Register and enrol employees on programmes and maintain training calendars.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, venues, and learning materials for training events.
• Monitor attendance, progress, and compliance; provide regular reporting to management.
• Support MERSETA and other regulatory reporting requirements.
