Job summary

MAZIV is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Gauteng to perform network maintenance duties and ensure quality standards across teams. You will handle time management, assign tasks, and conduct QA to maintain service levels.

The role requires reporting escalations of non-compliance daily and collaborating with Britelink and DFA maintenance guidelines. The ideal candidate has Grade 12 and a fibre network operations qualification, plus at least 3 years in a call centre or customer relations

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Certificate or diploma in fibre network operations is advantageous.
• At least 3 years in call centre or customer relations environment.
• MS Office, Excel Skills, Word, Email and Internet proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain network systems and perform break-fix duties.
• Manage time, assignments, and QA to ensure compliance.
• Ensure teams follow Britelink and DFA maintenance standards.
• Provide daily reporting on escalations of non-compliance by technicians.
