Placements24 is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to cover Vereeniging, Gauteng. You will drive revenue growth, manage key clients and distributors, and expand the customer base across an FMCG product range.

The role blends field sales with strategic planning, offering a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of sales experience, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Matriculation certificate or equivalent.
• Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, with FMCG preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Identify and prospect new clients within the Vereeniging, Gauteng region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
• Present and demonstrate product lines, highlighting benefits and value.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale.
• Monitor market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure retention.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Collaborate with marketing for promotions and product launches.
• Manage sales expenses and adhere to budget guidelines.
