Qualifications

• Experience in regional financial reporting and month-end processes.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning.
• Experience in manufacturing or automotive sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all regional financial reporting and month-end processes.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax and statutory requirements.
• Drive financial controls and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with operational management to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyse and interpret financial performance across the region.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiencies.
