You will oversee accounting and reporting activities, manage audits, and drive financial modelling to support growth. Candidates should hold a degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior role, ideally within a manufacturing or product-based environment. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior finance or financial management role.
• Experience within manufacturing or a product-based business is ideal.
• Strong systems capability, particularly with financial software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance team and oversee all accounting and reporting activities.
• Manage month-end, year-end, management reporting, and audit processes.
• Prepare management accounts, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis.
