Job summary

CA Financial Appointments in South Africa is seeking a senior financial controller to steer the finance function within a manufacturing group. You will sit at the management table, shaping growth and efficiency decisions and delivering real-time financial insight.

You will consolidate accounts across branches, build budgets and forecasts with Sales and Production, design KPIs and a Balanced Scorecard, and oversee the annual audit and tax compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering consolidated management accounts across multiple branches.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial planning capabilities.
• Proven ability to design KPIs and a Balanced Scorecard.
• Experience with audits and corporate tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated management accounts for the group across all branches.
• Lead budgets and forecasts in partnership with Sales and Production.
• Develop KPIs and a Balanced Scorecard to drive performance.
• Oversee annual audit, costing, and working capital management.
• Mentor and develop junior accounting staff.
