You will mentor administrative teams, strengthen financial controls, and provide insights to senior management to support strategic decisions and business performance.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, Commerce or related field beneficial.
• 3-5 years' experience in a finance, accounting, or financial administration environment.
• Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Exposure to audits, compliance, and financial controls.
• Multi-site, retail, FMCG, or operational finance experience advantageous.
• Previous experience supervising or mentoring staff beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly financial reporting, including income statement and balance sheet reviews.
• Perform reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records and reporting.
• Support internal and external audit processes and ensure compliance with financial controls.
• Review expenses, analyse variances, and provide recommendations to management.
• Assist with stock control processes and stock-take reporting.
• Support debtor, creditor, banking, and financial administration functions.
• Coach and support administrative teams within the region.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Provide support to the Regional Financial Manager and act in their absence when required.
