Job summary

SIGNAL HILL PRODUCTS is seeking a Field Sales Manager for the Western Cape region. The role focuses on new business, maintaining and growing existing relationships across on-consumption, corporate retailers, franchise outlets and independent liquor chains.

You will drive trade cycles, promotions, pricing influence and stock management. The ideal candidate has 2+ years FMCG sales experience, a relevant degree, and a Code 8 license, with strong interpersonal and analytical skills to manage

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing preferred.
• Minimum 2 years FMCG Sales/Marketing experience.
• Valid Unendorsed Code 8 drivers license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Merchandising experience preferred.
• Beverage industry experience preferred.
• Regional language competence requested.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business in the Western Cape region and grow existing accounts.
• Maintain relationships and perform weekly customer call cycles to maximise trade time.
• Focus on on-consumption, corporate retailers, franchise outlets and independent liquor chains.
• Provide pre-call planning, reports and administration.
• Influence pricing, promotions and product placement to optimise shelf and cold space.
• Conduct regular account reviews and build strong business relationships.
