Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–5 years' sales experience in Consumer Electronics, Cellular, or FMCG.
• Minimum 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role leading field sales teams.
• Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Translate regional targets into daily team priorities.
• Monitor stock, space, and planogram compliance.
• Lead, recruit, induct, and mentor the field sales team.
• Plan, negotiate, and execute promotions and POP activities.
• Oversee data capture, audits, and monthly reporting.
