Job summary

Smollan is seeking a Regional Sales Leader to oversee Sales Representatives and Kiosk teams in Gauteng. You will guide, train, and coach staff to hit sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field/NQF Level 6 qualification.
• 1-3 years proven experience in a Sales Leadership role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software, and other sales and productivity tools.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Communication skills (verbal & written).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the activities of Sales Representatives and Kiosk Sales Representatives within the region, providing guidance, support, and training to achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Support the Regional Manager in developing and implementing sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Supervise and coach sales staff on techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and take corrective action.
• Collaborate with the sales team and stakeholders to achieve targets and objectives.
• Proactively manage relationships with clients, customers, and operations to drive growth.
• Stock management: ensure POS materials are deployed to spaza shops and Midis, maintain stock pressure, remove short-dated stock, accurate pricing, and curb returns and damages.
