• Plan and implement sales initiatives and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales targets by understanding targets per store, per brand and per LSM.
• Break targets into measurable increments and monitor progress.
• Negotiate promotional space and stock levels based on rate of sale.
• Coordinate POS/promotions and ensure planograms and category flows are followed.
• Manage distribution of product lines and monitor speed to market.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and report on sales activities.
