Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven track record of 3rd party management in FMCG sector.
• More than 5 years of sales experience in FMCG.
• Excellent negotiator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent and manage the Red Bull business with the RTM partner.
• Develop annual regional business plans with the Head of Direct Distribution.
• Manage redistributors and drive growth, KPIs and ROI.
• Lead and train DP sales force on perfect store standards and execution.
• Conduct regular trade visits and monthly reviews with regional team.
• Track DP KPIs: Volume, Distribution, Price Compliance and execution.
• Prepare best practices and report on budget and performance.
