Job summary

The South African Breweries is seeking a results-driven sales professional in Mpumalanga to grow volumes and market share while delivering differentiated service. You will drive distribution, ensure product availability, and optimise pricing and promotions in the assigned sector.

Ideal candidates bring a 3-year degree, 2+ years FMCG sales experience, strong administration, and solid knowledge of the local market. A code 8 driving license is required.

Qualifications

• 3-year degree qualification is required.
• At least 2 years’ experience in sales/marketing/FMCG.
• Valid unendorsed Code 8 drivers’ license.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office.
• Local area knowledge is required.
• Excellent administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for assigned areas.
• Manage and supervise Distributors (order, payment, and redistribution).
• Ensure IB products are available in stock across outlets.
• Place chillers in outlets for IBPLC products in the sector.
• Monitor the recommended prices at sales outlets.
• Closely monitor actions of the competition.
