Placements24 is seeking a Regional Commercial Operations Manager to oversee operations across the Western Cape distribution network, based primarily in Mossel Bay. You will lead sales support, order fulfillment, and distribution logistics while aligning with commercial goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least six years in commercial or sales operations, with strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and proficiency in CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/related field.
• Minimum 6 years in commercial or sales operations or related management role.
• Experience managing distribution networks and optimizing sales support functions.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and channel management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize commercial operations, including sales support, order fulfillment, and distribution logistics.
