Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily retail operations following company standards.
• Oversee inventory management including stock counts, receiving and dispatching.
• Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Ensure health, safety and security protocols are followed in-store.
• Assist in training new employees on procedures and policies.
• Liaise with suppliers and manage vendor relationships for stock replenishment.
