Job summary

Professional Recruitment Network seeks a dynamic Regional Leader to drive profitability and performance across the Western and Eastern Cape. You will oversee multiple branch General Managers, ensure service standards, and steer strategic growth with hands-on leadership and monthly on-site reviews.

The role demands 8–10 years of senior management experience in a multi-branch environment, strong financial oversight, and willingness to travel regionally, including periodic visits to Head Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years senior management experience.
• Experience leading multi-branch operations.
• Track record of achieving targets in a service-driven environment.
• Valid driver?s licence and willingness to travel regularly across regions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic regional leadership and translate company strategy into regional plans and targets for branches.
• Oversee General Managers to achieve operational/financial objectives and ensure consistent service delivery.
• Manage budgets, margins and cost control; monitor branch performance and implement corrective actions.
• Lead recruitment, retention, skills development and succession planning across the region.
