Job summary

HRCorp is seeking a senior leader to provide strategic direction and operational leadership across the Western Cape region. The role focuses on steering operational excellence, managing financial performance, driving business growth, and ensuring high client satisfaction and employee engagement.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in multi-site operations, strong leadership skills, and a track record of delivering results in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Degree or diploma in Business Management, Operations Management, Security Management, Risk Management or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years' operational management experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior leadership or General Management role.
• Proven experience managing multi-site operations across geographically dispersed locations.
• Demonstrated financial management, budgeting and operational planning experience.
• Strong leadership experience managing large operational teams.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Private security industry experience advantageous.
• Experience in facilities management, outsourced services, logistics, hospitality, retail or similar operational environments also considered.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Computer literacy with strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
• PSIRA registration advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across the Western Cape branch
• Drive operational excellence, ensuring service delivery meets contractual and client expectations
• Manage regional financial performance, budgets, profitability and cost control
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships for satisfaction and retention
• Lead and develop high-performing operational teams through coaching, performance management and succession planning
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, contractual and governance requirements
• Identify and implement operational improvements, efficiencies and innovative solutions
• Support business development initiatives and sustainable regional growth
• Champion digital transformation and effective use of operational technology platforms
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to achieve business objectives
