Job summary

Top Talent PS is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee regional service delivery and drive operational strategy in Johannesburg. You will supervise branches, engage with clients to pinpoint improvement opportunities and ensure SLA compliance.

Lead a portfolio to achieve growth, retention and profitability targets while coaching staff and ensuring safety and quality standards across the region.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in a leadership role within a services industry or similar.
• Proven experience in managing branches and service delivery.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing SLAs, budgets and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure branch service delivery per contract and SLAs.
• Interact with clients to identify improvements and shorten turn-around times.
• Develop proactive relationships across the customer chain.
