Job summary

Bidvest Prestige seeks a seasoned leader to organize and manage regional service delivery, driving operational strategy and customer satisfaction. You will supervise across branches, implement improvements, and ensure compliance with QMS and safety standards while managing budgets and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes building proactive client relationships, enabling growth and profitability, and delivering contractual performance within a complex portfolio in Gauteng.

Qualifications

• National Diploma or Degree in Engineering Studies is required.
• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• Valid SA driver's license is required.
• 5 to 8 years' leadership experience in a services industry or similar.
• Project Management Skills, QMS and First Aid training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure branch service delivery as per contract and SLAs.
• Proactively engage clients to identify improvements and shorten turnaround times.
• Develop customer-focused relationships at all levels of the client chain.
• Manage portfolio growth, retention, profitability and targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve service offerings.
• Lead portfolio process improvements to achieve SLA targets and compliance.
• Ensure QMS and Health & Safety compliance is maintained.
• Manage portfolio budget and expenditure with variance explanations.
• Monitor performance related to time, quality and standards.
• Monitor asset productivity and address non-performance or misconduct.
• Ensure Supply Chain uses competent, compliant service providers.
• Coach and mentor staff to close performance gaps.
