Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for all beverage products.

• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and major retail accounts.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
• Develop and manage regional sales budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and profitability.
• Plan and execute effective promotional campaigns and trade marketing activities in collaboration with the marketing department.
• Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to stay informed of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management on a regular basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales management within the FMCG industry, specifically in beverages or related categories.
