Job summary

Diageo Americas in Cape Town seeks a Beer Advocacy Manager to lead regional quality and dispense standards across On Trade pubs. You will partner with customers and commercial teams to improve quality, rate of sale and consumer experience, using 7C's insights and surveys.

You bring a degree in Commerce/Engineering/Food Service or Marketing/Business, 3–4 years in marketing or FMCG, strong coaching, communication and project leadership skills, plus knowledge of dispense systems and cellar

Qualifications

• Degree in Commerce/Engineering/Food Service.
• Degree in Marketing/Business or related discipline.
• Strong coaching, communication and customer consultancy skills.
• Experience using dashboards and performance data (Excel).
• Experience with quality surveys, root-cause analysis and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own regional quality performance: audits, interventions and actions.
• Provide quality consultancy on dispense systems, cellar management and safety.
• Turn 7C's insights into actions and track impact on quality and sales.
• Lead in-outlet surveys and resolve issues with partners and teams.
• Manage regional grants and ensure governance and asset standards.
