Job summary

Heineken in Cape Town seeks an analytically-driven RMG analyst to design and execute revenue management initiatives. You will work with Finance, Category, Sales and Marketing to uncover value growth opportunities and deliver data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years proven experience in RMG, promo analysis or data analysis
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights
• Excellent understanding of market dynamics, pricing methodologies and revenue management best practices
• Proficient in using revenue management tools
• Strong business and financial acumen and ability to align revenue management strategies with business objectives
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Results-oriented mindset with focus on revenue growth and operating margin

Responsibilities

• Support RMG strategy & priority initiatives design and value growth delivery aligned with OpCo commercial strategy
• Prepare commercial scenarios using analytics, category insights and supporting research
• Propose and ensure clear execution guidelines across RMG levers with Sales and Marketing
• Prepare monthly OpCo RMG Councils with RMG OpCo Manager and key stakeholders
• Track RMG performance and identify opportunities in collaboration with Finance, Category, Sales and Marketing
• Provide insights through performance dashboards and support Sales with RMG arguments
