Diageo is seeking a Beer Advocacy Manager to lead quality and dispense execution across the Gauteng & Western Cape regions, based in Cape Town. You will advise customers on dispense systems, manage 7C’s insights, and drive improvements in quality and consumer experience across on-trade outlets.

The role demands strong project leadership, stakeholder management and a proactive, hands-on approach to quality and cellar operations in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Degree in Commerce/Engineering/Food Service is required.
• Experience in draught dispense quality and beverage operations is preferred.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management and project leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own regional quality performance: audits, interventions and actions.
• Provide consultancy on dispense systems, cellar management and line hygiene.
• Turn 7C’s insight into action; manage surveys and issue resolution.
