Job summary

Anglo American is seeking a Facilitator Refresher Training professional to manage and deliver refresher sessions within the P&O NC department. You will coordinate scheduling, ensure computer access and materials, and support learners using training programs.

The role involves maintaining accurate records, creating reports, and continuously improving training quality to ensure safety and competency. A relevant ETDP qualification and mining experience are required.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent SAQA qualification.
• OD ETDP at NQF4 or equivalent ETD.
• Higher National Certificate (NQF5).
• SA Driver's Licence.
• Technical knowledge relevant to training.
• 3–5 years refresher training in mining.
• Knowledge of training content and equipment.
• Understanding of company policies for training and operations.
• Familiarity with MS Office and SAP for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling of refresher training sessions.
• Ensure computers and training materials are available.
• Assist learners using computers and training programs.
• Maintain attendance registers and training records.
• Prepare and distribute documents and reports for the department.
• Organise training facilities and resources to meet needs.
• Assess training effectiveness and implement improvements.
