Job summary

Anglo American seeks a dedicated Facilitator Refresher Training to organize and deliver refresher training across our Northern Cape operations. You will promote safety, maintain training records, and coordinate logistics for sessions.

The role requires ensuring training venues, materials, and computer access are available, with emphasis on high quality and compliant documentation procedures.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent SAQA-recognised qualification.
• OD ETDP at NQF4 or equivalent ETD qualification.
• Higher National Certificate on NQF5.
• SA Drivers Licence.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety practices.
• Promote good housekeeping and safe working environment.
• Coordinate scheduling of refresher training sessions.
• Ensure training materials and computers are available for participants.
• Oversee maintenance of refresher training records and attendee information.
• Compile and distribute training documents and reports.
