Placements24 is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist in Randburg to lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from staffing needs to offers and onboarding.

You will partner with hiring managers, craft sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and manage candidate experience while leveraging ATS and recruitment tools to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of recruitment experience, agency or corporate.
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring across varied roles.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment marketing tools.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to manage talent acquisition efforts in Randburg . This role is critical in attracting and securing top talent to meet the company's growing needs. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing needs and developing sourcing strategies to screening candidates and managing the offer process. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, strong communication skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
