Job summary

Oxygen Digital seeks a Senior Delivery Consultant to own end-to-end candidate sourcing and delivery for AI and data science roles. This fully remote position requires complex search expertise and ability to manage live vacancies, liaising with hiring consultants and clients.

You will build targeted search strings, screen candidates, and manage pipelines to shortlist, while maintaining accurate records and drafting compelling outreach for a technical audience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering as a recruiter/researcher within tech, AI, or data science recruitment.
• Strong sourcing skills with boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter and multi-channel candidate generation.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setup with strong communication.
• Track record of hitting delivery targets against niche briefs.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates against live briefs using LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, and other channels.
• Build and refine boolean search strings tailored to AI/Data Science skill sets.
• Manage candidate pipelines through to shortlist, coordinating with hiring consultants and clients.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical fit, motivation, and availability.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Bullhorn (ATS/CRM).
• Draft compelling outreach (InMails, job adverts) for a technical audience.
• Work through extensive candidate databases to generate leads and opportunities.
• Utilise AI tooling to drive efficiency in delivery workflows.
• Support delivery across permanent, retained, and contractor mandates.
• Contribute to a growing contractor book with understanding of cross-border tax basics.

The Role

We're hiring a Delivery Consultant to own end-to-end candidate sourcing and delivery against live vacancies within our AI and Data Science specialism. This is a remote role for someone who already knows how to run complex, technical searches - from boolean strings to shortlist - and can hit the ground running against active roles spanning AI engineering, data science, product, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates against live briefs using LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, and other channels.
• Build and refine boolean search strings tailored to niche AI/Data Science skill sets.
• Manage candidate pipelines through to shortlist, coordinating with hiring consultants and clients.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical fit, motivation, and availability.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Bullhorn (ATS/CRM).
• Draft compelling outreach (InMails, job adverts) that resonates with a technical audience.
• Work through an extensive database of candidates to bring this uptodate, driving leads and new candidate opportunities into the business.
• Be comfortable using AI-tooling to drive efficiency in your work.
• Support delivery across permanent, retained, and contractor mandates.
• Contribute to a growing contractor book, with visibility of compliance basics (cross border tax law in European countries is a plus).

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience delivering as a recruiter/researcher within tech, AI, or data science recruitment - agency-side preferred
• Strong sourcing skills: confident with boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and multi-channel candidate generation
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setup, with strong self-management and communication
• Track record of hitting delivery targets against demanding, niche briefs
• Familiarity with Bullhorn or similar ATS/CRM systems
• Excellent spoken and written English
