T/E Express Employment Professionals - Somerset West is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to source and screen candidates for temporary and permanent roles in the Western Cape. You will interview, match and present people to Cape Town employers, while building strong relationships with job seekers and client companies in a structured, ISO-certified recruitment environment.

Entry level position offering training and potential for professional certification as you move from agent to a skilled

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Cape Town contact centre / BPO (customer service, sales, retention or collections).
• Strong English communication, confident on the phone and able to meet targets.
• Familiar with quality scores and documented processes.
