You will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and stakeholders to achieve hiring targets, drive automation, and improve candidate experiences across a hybrid work setup in South Africa.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance or a relevant MBA/Analytics Masters.
• PHR certification from Symbiosis Institute of Distance Learning.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment operations and SLAs.
• Proficient in data integrity and recruitment systems.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end recruitment operations including requisition management, candidate pipeline tracking, interview coordination, and offer processing.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of hiring processes in alignment with policies and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and stakeholders to meet hiring targets and workforce planning goals.
• Monitor recruitment SLAs, quality metrics, and process adherence; implement corrective actions.
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Maintain records in recruitment systems and ensure data integrity across platforms.
• Support internal audits and reporting requirements related to recruitment operations.
