Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize all recruitment operations, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
• Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices across the recruitment function.
• Manage and enhance the utilization of recruitment technologies, including ATS, CRM, and other relevant platforms.
• Lead data analysis initiatives to track key recruitment metrics, identify trends, and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes related to recruitment tools and services.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, remote-based operational team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in recruitment operations or a senior operational leadership role within a recruitment agency or large RPO.
• Proven track record of successfully scaling recruitment operations and improving process efficiency.
• Deep understanding of recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM, HRIS) and their strategic implementation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fully remote, autonomous work environment.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Experience in managing budgets and vendor relations.
