Job summary

Essential Health Pharmacy Group is expanding and seeks a Recruitment Officer to recruit professional staff for branches. Based at the Head Office in Brackenfell, in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, the role requires a strong recruitment background and bilingual fluency.

You will manage the full recruitment process, source candidates, screen CVs, interview and reference-check applicants, and maintain vacancy reporting and filing systems.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 Senior Certificate
• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
• Desirable: Degree /Diploma/Certificate in Psychology, HR or related field
• Reside in Northern Suburbs Area (Cape Town)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the full recruitment process
• Continuously improving the recruitment process/department
• Sourcing of applicants
• Post jobs on appropriate job portals
• Screening through CVs
• Selecting appropriate applicants and scheduling interviews
• Conducting interviews and selecting appropriate candidates according to the job specification
• Performing reference checks
• Regretting applicants
• Keeping vacancy report up to date
• Maintain an effective filing system
• Administrative duties and any duties assigned
