Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for technology roles, including software development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data science.

Requirements

• Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates in roles such as Software Engineers, Developers, Data Analysts, and IT Managers.
• Excellent understanding of the IT job market and current technology trends.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate management skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media for recruitment.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
