Placements24 is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our fully remote team supporting Richards Bay area clients. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client engagement to successful candidate placement, delivering high-quality service and hitting targets.

You will source, screen and interview candidates, build a strong pipeline across industries, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers and support onboarding, using ATS and online platforms to drive success.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, agency or in-house recruitment.
• Strong sourcing techniques and candidate assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and online job platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• A proactive approach and a commitment to delivering excellent candidate and client experiences.
