Placements24 is seeking a Recruitment Consultant for a fully remote role focused on the industrial sector. You will manage end-to-end hiring for clients across manufacturing, logistics, and engineering, sourcing and screening candidates, and guiding offers and onboarding remotely.

Ideal candidates have proven recruitment experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced virtual environment. A related degree is preferred.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for clients, identifying and engaging with skilled candidates to fill critical roles. The ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and leverage digital tools for sourcing and communication is paramount. Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and recruitment needs within the industrial sector.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various industrial roles, including skilled trades, operations, engineering, and management.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using online platforms, databases, and professional networks.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the offer process, including negotiation and onboarding support.
• Provide clients with market insights and recruitment advice.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client information in the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on the industrial, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.
• Strong understanding of industrial roles and the required skill sets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple recruitment projects remotely.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, ATS, and online sourcing tools.
• A proactive approach to candidate engagement and client relationship management.
• Familiarity with the Rustenburg or North West industrial landscape is beneficial but not essential due to the remote nature.
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
