Job summary

JVR Software is seeking a motivated recruitment/business development professional in South Africa to win new business and build lasting client relationships. You will source, screen, and match top talent while advising candidates through their career journey.

Expect to negotiate offers, close placements, and manage your own pipeline against monthly targets. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of recruitment or sales experience, are confident in cold calling, and possess strong negotiation skills.
