Job summary

Clicks Group Limited in Cape Town is seeking a Recruiter to manage a recruitment portfolio, delivering a pipeline of talent through targeted sourcing and professional selection practices in a high-pressure environment.

You will consult with hiring managers, lead a small resourcing team, ensure compliance with labour legislation, and drive employer branding, candidate experience, and timely delivery of skilled professionals across general, scarce and critical roles.

Qualifications

• 3 year degree / diploma is essential.
• 1-2 years recruitment experience is essential.
• 1-2 years demonstrated track record of recruiting professionally qualified and skilled individuals is essential.
• LinkedIn experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a pipeline of talent through professional sourcing and selection practices.
• Manage a small recruitment team within an agreed SLA.
• Consult with hiring managers and HR managers on talent requirements to identify key needs.
• Proactively source and screen candidates across general, scarce and critical skill groups.
• Act as a brand ambassador and communicate the employer value proposition to attract talent.
• Maintain and update an in-house talent database and track resourcing activities.
