This is a remote role spanning Latin America and South Africa, requiring a recruiter with instinct and a passion for chasing passive candidates. You will move quickly in a visible environment where impact is daily.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting, ideally in a tech, digital or creative agency.
• High accountability mindset with minimal micromanaging.
• Global perspective across time zones and cultures.
• Strong ATS skills and love of streamlined, automated workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle from intake with leadership to final offer.
• Source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond.
• Provide a seamless, respectful Blacksmith experience for every candidate.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent for speed.
• Keep a clean, data-driven pipeline in the ATS and keep hiring managers in the loop.
