The Unlimited is seeking a Recruiter to build high-performing sales teams and connect great people with opportunities to grow. You will oversee high-volume recruitment, from entry to senior sales leadership, ensuring a steady flow of talent that powers our growth.

You will work closely with leaders in Sales, Operations and People teams, shaping workforce plans and talent strategy. A strong emphasis on data-driven sourcing and effective stakeholder collaboration is essential for success.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years' recruitment experience within a high-volume or bulk recruitment environment.
• Proven experience hiring sales, customer-facing or operational talent at scale.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for bringing teams together to achieve business goals.
• Experience using recruitment data, technology and sourcing strategies to improve hiring outcomes.

Working closely with leaders across Sales, Operations and People teams, you'll play a key role in workforce planning, talent strategy and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes at scale.
