Job summary

The Unlimited in Durban is seeking a proactive Recruiter to build frontline sales teams and drive growth through high-volume hiring. You will manage recruitment from entry-level sales roles to senior leadership, identifying and securing top talent to support business expansion.

Collaborating with Sales, Operations and People teams, you’ll shape workforce planning and talent strategy, delivering exceptional hiring outcomes at scale across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' recruitment experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience hiring sales/customer-facing/operational talent at scale.
• Strong stakeholder management to align hiring with business goals.
• Experience using data, technology and sourcing strategies to improve outcomes.

Working closely with leaders across Sales, Operations and People teams, you'll play a key role in workforce planning, talent strategy and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes at scale.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Minimum 3 years' recruitment experience within a high-volume or bulk recruitment environment.
• Proven experience hiring sales, customer-facing or operational talent at scale.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for bringing teams together to achieve business goals.
• Experience using recruitment data, technology and sourcing strategies to improve hiring outcomes.
