• Experience leveraging AI-powered recruitment and sourcing tools to identify, engage, and shortlist talent.
• Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management platforms.
• Ability to build talent pipelines for both active and passive candidates.
