Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Source and attract high-caliber candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and headhunting.
• Manage job advertisements and postings across multiple recruitment platforms to reach a broad talent pool.
• Conduct comprehensive screening of CVs and undertake telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
• Assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit to meet client specifications.
• Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to clients, facilitating smooth interview processes.
• Coordinate interviews and manage communication between clients and candidates.
• Conduct reference checks, verify qualifications, and perform background screening where necessary.
• Build and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, maintaining long-term relationships.
• Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately documented within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Achieve set recruitment targets and ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.
• Provide consistent updates and feedback to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated with industry trends and labour market developments to inform sourcing strategies.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong assessment, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with the Recruitment industry in South Africa.
• Knowledge of current labour laws and industry regulations.
