This role demands a blend of operational oversight, staff management, financial acumen, and a commitment to providing outstanding recreational experiences. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all facility operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and efficient service delivery across diverse sporting and leisure activities. This is a key position within the Leisure & Sports industry, driving member satisfaction and facility profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily facility operations, including sports courts, gyms, pools, and common areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
• Manage and lead a diverse team of facility staff, including supervisors, attendants, and maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of excellent service.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
• Manage facility budgets, including revenue forecasting, expense control, and profitability analysis for all departments.

Requirements
