Placements24 is seeking an experienced Leisure & Sports Facility Manager to lead operations at a premier Johannesburg facility. You will oversee staff, manage budgets, ensure safety, and drive an outstanding member experience.

Develop strategic plans to grow membership and program participation, supervise front desk teams, coaches and maintenance crews, and manage supplier relationships to keep facilities assets in peak condition.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility management within leisure/sports/hospitality.
