With a track record in facilities or entertainment venue operations, you will manage budgets, lead diverse teams, and coordinate event logistics to maintain top-tier standards in KwaZulu-Natal's leisure market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with a significant portion within the sports facility management or entertainment venue industry.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and complex operational plans.
• Demonstrated experience in staff leadership, team building, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and security regulations relevant to public venues.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
