Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple sports and leisure facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all patrons.

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of facility staff, including supervisors, maintenance crews, and customer service representatives.

• Develop and manage relationships with external stakeholders, including sports clubs, community groups, and local authorities.
• Organize and promote a variety of sports programs, events, and recreational activities to attract and retain members and visitors.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in managing sports facilities, leisure centers, or similar recreational venues.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
• Strong understanding of facility maintenance, health and safety regulations, and risk management principles.
• Excellent financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Relevant degree or certification in Sports Management, Facility Management, or a related field is advantageous.
