About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and creative Real Estate Photographer and Videographer to join their network of fully remote service providers supporting the Kimberley region. This role is responsible for capturing high-quality visual content for property listings, including professional photography, engaging video tours, and potentially aerial drone footage. You will work independently, managing your schedule and delivering final edited assets digitally. This is an ideal opportunity for a freelance visual artist passionate about showcasing properties in their best light.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute professional photo and video shoots for residential and commercial properties.
• Capture high-resolution images and dynamic video footage that highlights property features and appeal.
• Edit photos and videos to produce polished, market-ready assets using professional software.
• Potentially operate drones to capture aerial views and unique property perspectives.
• Deliver final edited digital content within agreed-upon timelines.
• Collaborate remotely with real estate agents to understand specific marketing needs for each property.

Requirements

• Proven portfolio showcasing high-quality real estate photography and videography.
• Proficiency with professional camera equipment, lighting, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Suite).
• Experience with drone operation and aerial photography/videography is a strong asset.
• Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling in real estate contexts.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to property locations within the Kimberley area.
