You will oversee the full development lifecycle from site acquisition and feasibility studies to design, construction, marketing and sales, managing budgets and stakeholders.

This senior role requires a proven track record in property development, strong financial acumen, leadership and the ability to drive complex projects to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Property Development, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree is advantageous.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in real estate development or related role.
• Proven success in managing multiple development projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, zoning laws, and development regulations in Gauteng.
• Excellent financial modeling, budgeting, and negotiation skills.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
